Tree Removal at Cotaco School in Somerville, Alabama

All American Tree Service recently completed tree removal work for Morgan County Schools at Cotaco School in Somerville, Alabama. The project addressed two trees in important school areas: one large oak beside the school gym and a dead sweet gum over the bus lane. Removing these trees helped clear the immediate concerns around school facilities and student transportation areas.

Tree Removal Near the Cotaco School Gym

The large oak near the gym was removed as part of the work requested by Morgan County Schools. A mature tree beside a frequently used school building can raise practical concerns when its condition or location warrants attention. All American Tree Service provided tree removal to address the oak and help maintain a clear area around the gym.

For schools and other properties in Somerville, professional tree removal can be an important part of managing trees near buildings, walkways, parking areas, and other regularly used spaces. Each situation is different, so an assessment helps determine whether removal or another tree service is appropriate.

Dead Sweet Gum Removed Over the Bus Lane

The second tree was a dead sweet gum positioned over the bus lane. Since school bus lanes are active areas during student pickup and drop-off, addressing a dead tree above this route was a priority for the customer. The tree removal work cleared the sweet gum from over the lane.
