Keeping Berkeley Homes Comfy All Year Round!
We just wrapped up a complete heating and cooling upgrade for a customer in Berkeley, IL! At Eco Air Pros, we understand the importance of maintaining a comfortable home throughout the changing seasons. With unpredictable Midwest weather, it’s essential to have an HVAC system that can adapt to your needs.
Summer Comfort with a Reliable AC System
To ensure the customer enjoys crisp and efficient cooling during the hot summer months, we installed a Rheem 3-Ton AC System with a 13.4 SEER2 rating. This high-efficiency air conditioning unit guarantees to keep homes in Berkeley refreshing and cool, even during the hottest days.
Winter Warmth with an Efficient Furnace
As the temperatures drop, a reliable heating system is crucial. We placed a Rheem 100K BTU 80% AFUE Furnace, providing the customer with cozy warmth all winter long. This furnace not only heats efficiently but also helps save on energy bills.
Smart Home Comfort Control
For modern convenience, we integrated an Ecobee Smart Thermostat. This device allows the homeowner to control their comfort settings from anywhere via their smartphone. Whether they are at home or away, managing the indoor climate is now just a tap away.
Additional Performance Enhancements
We also installed a new condensate pump to ensure peak system performance and peace of mind. This addition is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of both heating and cooling units.
Ongoing Maintenance for Longevity
To further ensure the longevity and reliability of the new systems, a 1-Year Comfort Maintenance Plan was included. This plan helps keep everything running like new, providing peace of mind for the customer.
Thank you to the customer for trusting the Eco Air Pros family with their home! If you’re looking to upgrade your HVAC system in Berkeley, IL, or need reliable service from a HVAC contractor, don’t hesitate to contact us today!
